Ceer Automotive, Saudi Arabia's inaugural electric vehicle manufacturer, has launched with an ambitiously styled electric SUV, marking a significant step in the kingdom's Vision 2030 plan to diversify its economy beyond oil. A joint venture between Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Foxconn, Ceer aims to ignite a domestic automotive industry and plans a range of up to seven models for potential global sales by 2030.
