By using evdigest.org or subscribing to the EV Digest newsletter, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Use of content

EV Digest publishes original summaries and editorial commentary. You may share and link to our pages, but you may not republish full articles, scrape the site at scale, or train machine-learning models on our content without written permission.

Submissions

When you submit a sponsored article, club listing, or advertising inquiry, you grant EV Digest a non-exclusive license to publish the submission (or excerpts) on the site and in the newsletter, and you confirm you have the rights to do so. Sponsored content is labeled and is not editorially fact-checked — the submitter is responsible for accuracy.

Acceptable use

Don't submit content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, graphically violent, deceptive, or that promotes illegal activity. EV Digest can refuse or remove any content at any time, with or without notice.

No warranty

The site and newsletter are provided "as is." EV Digest disclaims warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
