LANXESS Establishes German Battery Lab for LFP Material Development
Specialty chemicals manufacturer LANXESS has launched a new battery laboratory in Krefeld-Uerdingen, Germany, dedicated to advancing iron oxide and iron phosphate materials for lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells. This facility enables the company to directly test its product properties within battery cells, accelerating the development of key LFP cathode material precursors.
