Hypercharge Expands American Footprint by Acquiring Texas-Based REVS Charging
Canadian charging provider Hypercharge Networks has acquired Texas-based REVS Charging to accelerate its expansion into the U.S. market. The buyout adds turnkey Level 2 charging solutions focused on commercial, hospitality, and multifamily residential real estate. The deal positions Hypercharge to grow its recurring revenue and customer base across North America.
