Mercedes-Benz Recalls 311,000 Vehicles Due to Faulty Door Latch Sensor
Mercedes-Benz is initiating a recall for over 300,000 vehicles, including some of its EQ electric models, in the U.S. due to a defective door latch sensor. This issue could prevent the car from recognizing an open door, potentially allowing the vehicle to roll away unintentionally under certain conditions, posing a safety risk.
