A Tesla vehicle operating on the latest Full Self-Driving (FSD) software reportedly failed to recognize and stop at an active railroad crossing, narrowly avoiding a collision with a passing train. This incident, captured on dashcam footage, marks at least the third documented occurrence this year where Tesla's advanced driver-assistance system has attempted to proceed through a train's path.
