Chinese EV maker XPeng is reportedly engaging with automakers and suppliers to license its proprietary intelligent driving and smart cockpit systems. This strategic move could see XPeng's self-driving technology, which has gained traction, adopted by a wider range of vehicle manufacturers globally, contrasting with Tesla's less successful attempts at licensing its Full Self-Driving software.
