Toyota Recalls Over 68,000 Lexus NX Models Including Hybrids and PHEVs Over Instrument Cluster Defect

Toyota is recalling 68,356 Lexus NX crossovers from the 2022 through 2026 model years, including hybrid and plug-in hybrid variants, due to a malfunctioning digital gauge display. A software flaw can prevent critical check-engine lights and diagnostic warning indicators from appearing on the dashboard screen. Authorized dealerships will remedy the problem by installing an updated instrument panel software patch at no cost to owners.
