Tesla Expands Robotaxi Testing Hours and Debuts Distraction-Free Calm Mode

Tesla has lengthened operating hours for its internal Robotaxi testing fleet to 2 a.m. while rolling out several new interface updates. Among the additions is a Calm Mode that conceals Full Self-Driving visualizations from the main screen, alongside new rear camera feeds and updated mobile Live Activities. The electric automaker is also preparing to broaden its testing footprint to coastal Florida locations.
