Octopus Energy Cuts Public Charging Rates by Up to 30% for UK Commercial Fleets

British energy supplier Octopus Energy has rolled out FleetBoost, a subscription service offering commercial EV fleets up to 30% discounts at major public fast-charging networks including Ionity, MFG EV Power, and Be.EV. Developed alongside Rightcharge, the platform centralizes billing and expense management to tackle the disproportionately high cost of away-from-depot charging for electric vans and corporate vehicles. The program aims to optimize public charger utilization across the UK while helping commercial operators transition away from combustion fleets.
