NHTSA Questions Tesla's Cybercab Self-Certification Claim

Federal safety regulators are pressing Tesla for details on how it determined the forthcoming Cybercab robotaxi meets U.S. street-legal standards. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued an information request, giving Tesla a deadline to explain its self-certification process for the novel vehicle.
