GM and PG&E Launch California Program for Free Chargers and Paid Smart Charging

General Motors and Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) are partnering on a new initiative in California, offering incentives to EV owners to support grid stability. New GM EV buyers can receive a complimentary Level 2 charger and get paid to charge their vehicles during off-peak hours, helping manage electricity demand.
