GM Overhauls OnStar With AI Assistant to Help EV Drivers Plan Charging

General Motors is upgrading its long-standing OnStar connected service into an interactive, voice-driven virtual assistant. The refreshed system can field vehicle troubleshooting questions and help electric vehicle drivers locate and map out charging stops along their routes.
