Chevy Bolt EV Production Forecasts Slashed by Over 75% for 2027 Relaunch

General Motors has dramatically reduced its 2027 production target for the revitalized Chevrolet Bolt EV, according to UAW documents. Initial estimates of 150,000 units have been cut to just 35,000, signaling a much smaller launch volume for the popular entry-level BEV.
