BMW's Neue Klasse Will Debut an i4 Convertible on Dedicated EV Platform

BMW is advancing development on its first dedicated electric convertible, the i4 Cabriolet, slated for a 2027 debut. This open-top model will ride on the brand's new Neue Klasse electric platform, signifying the 4 Series Convertible's transition to all-electric power. The i4 Cabriolet will feature an electric fabric roof and is expected to reach the UK market in 2028.
