Xiaomi Tests Humanoid Robots on Full Shift at Electric Vehicle Plant

Xiaomi shared footage of its humanoid robots completing an eight-hour shift inside its electric vehicle manufacturing facility. The automated units reportedly sorted center console components without direct supervision, catching and self-correcting assembly errors during the run. While the demo highlights advancing automation on the assembly line, the automaker did not disclose efficiency rates or production speeds.
