UK Government Explores Allowing Home Energy Tariffs at Public EV Chargers
The UK Department for Transport is establishing a taskforce to pilot programs allowing electric vehicle drivers to access their domestic electricity rates at low-speed public street chargers. The effort focuses strictly on local AC charging points and excludes DC fast-charging networks.
