Saudi Arabia has launched Ceer, the kingdom's inaugural electric vehicle manufacturer, marking a significant step in its ambition to develop a domestic automotive industry. This new venture, a collaboration between Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) and technology giant Foxconn, plans to produce two distinct EV models for both the domestic market and export.
