New York City to Install 600 New Curbside EV Chargers to Boost Accessibility

New York City is significantly expanding its EV charging infrastructure with the addition of 600 new curbside chargers across all five boroughs. This initiative aims to make electric vehicle ownership more practical for residents, particularly those without private parking or home charging access. The city is also adding numerous Level 2 and fast chargers in municipal parking facilities.
