LAZ Parking and EverCharge Team Up to Expand Multi-Family EV Charging

LAZ Parking has partnered with EV charging provider EverCharge to deploy managed charging stations at residential multi-family properties. The system utilizes dynamic load-management technology to share electrical capacity, allowing buildings to install up to five times more charging ports without requiring costly grid upgrades. The rollout aims to solve one of the biggest hurdles facing electric vehicle adoption for apartment and condominium residents.
