Kia is recalling over 21,000 EV9 electric SUVs in the U.S. due to a potential issue with the front passenger airbag system. The defect could prevent the airbag from properly deactivating when a child or child seat is detected, failing to meet federal safety standards and posing a risk in the event of a collision.
