Hyundai Recalls Kona Electric Over Seatbelt Malfunction

Hyundai is recalling approximately 47,000 Kona and Kona Electric SUVs from the 2021-2023 model years due to a faulty seatbelt assembly for the rear center seat. The issue could prevent proper restraint in a crash, posing a safety risk. Owners are advised to avoid using this particular seat until remedies are implemented.
