Ford’s Upcoming $30,000 EV Truck to Slash Home Backup Hardware Costs
Ford plans to make vehicle-to-home power far more accessible on its next-generation affordable electric truck by building an AC inverter directly into the vehicle. This streamlined architecture promises to drastically lower the total installation cost for owners seeking emergency home backup power.
