Florida's Attorney General is appealing a Miami jury's $243 million verdict against Tesla regarding a fatal Autopilot-involved crash. Joined by Alabama and Georgia, the filing urges the 11th Circuit Court to either fully dismiss the judgment or significantly reduce the $200 million punitive damages awarded.
