Evolution Metals Secures Non-Chinese Neodymium-Praseodymium Supply for EV Motors

Evolution Metals & Technologies (EM&T) has finalized an agreement with Senri Trading to source neodymium-praseodymium (NdPr) metal exclusively from SRE Vietnam, a subsidiary of Japan's Tokai Trading. This strategic move aims to diversify the supply chain for a critical component in EV motor magnets, reducing reliance on Chinese production. Securing NdPr from non-Chinese sources is becoming increasingly important for EV manufacturers globally.
